You are about to embark on a journey to create a positive change in your professional environment through Action Research…
What is Action Research?
Action Research is a process of examining your professional environment to improve your practice. It is a fluid, evolving, cyclical process. It begins with inquiry and reflection within the environment, examining your practice, and looking for opportunities to improve it. It is often referred to as practitioner-based research because YOU do it. Through several stages of research, action and reflection you will evoke change and improve your practice.
Completing an Action Research project is a requirement for graduation from the EMDT program.
